Constitution Week is the commemoration of America's most important document.
It is celebrated annually during the week of September 17-23.

Thomasville Mayor Greg Hobbs awarded a signed proclamation to Thomasville Chapter DAR Regent Deb Phillips in honor of Constitution Week, September 17-23, 2017.

 

Thomasville Chapter DAR Regent Melody Porter received the Constitution Week Proclamation from Mayor Max Beverly at the Thomasville City Council Meeting held on September 14, 2015.

During Constitution Week 2015, Thomasville Chapter DAR members and Constitution Week Committee Co-Chairs, Mary Tomlinson and Ann Lattay set up displays at the Thomas County Library in Thomasville and the Roddenberry Memorial Library in Cairo.

 

Handouts included the Preamble to the Constitution and cards with the Pledge of Allegiance to the United States Flag.
